How We Handle Rights

We are proud to partner Rachel Richardson at Rich Lit Rights for our UK and translation rights.

Rachel’s deep well of experience in literary rights includes her tenure as Rights Director at Watson, Little, a long-established literary agency, where she built a foreign rights department from the ground up. In 2024, she launched Rich Lit Rights, a rights agency focusing heavily on children’s books. Rachel attends the London, Frankfurt, and Bologna Book Fairs every year and has cultivated strong relationships with publishers and editors across the globe. She was shortlisted for the 2025 Rights Professional of the Year by The British Book Awards, which highlighted her deals for nearly 100 books in her first year as well as her commitment to championing passion projects and underrepresented voices.
